How do I obtain a Building Permit?
Simply fill out and return our Building Permit application form along with any supporting documentation you may already have, this could include architectural drawings, engineering, planning permit, soil report, energy report, title and etc.
You can lodge your paperwork online or submit over the counter at our office.

How long does it take to obtain a Building Permit?
Nepean Building Permits strives to check all Building Permit Applications within one week of receiving.
Once the assessment is completed, if all documentation is satisfactory, the Building Permit can be issued.
If any further documentation is required prior to the issuing of the Building Permit we will complete an itemized assessment letter of what additional documentation is required. During this process the relevant building surveyor & technical staff are on hand to provide assistance to make the process as smooth as possible.
