Building Surveyors

DANIEL REA (Partner)
Registered Building Surveyor & Inspector, Victoria

Daniel has over 20 years combined experience in building surveying and inspecting.  He has completed a Diploma in Building Surveying at Swinburne University and prior to joining the partnership at NBP was employed with the Council.  Daniel has a broad range of experience in all forms of construction, including residential, commercial, industrial and educational buildings.

CHRISTOPHER SANDERSON (Partner)
Registered Building Surveyor & Inspector, Victoria

Chris joined NBP in February 2015 to provide support for the senior Building Surveyors with their increased workload.  Chris has completed a Diploma of Building in 2013 and an Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying in 2014 both at Holmesglen College.  Chris obtained his registration as Building Surveyor – Limited in 2017.  Chris became a Director of NBP in 2019.

ANDREW RICHARDSON (Partner)
Registered Building Surveyor & Inspector, Victoria

Andrew joined NBP in February 2016 to provide support for the senior Building Surveyors with their increased workload.  Andrew has completed an Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying in 2014 at Holmesglen College.  Andrew obtained his registration as Building Surveyor – Limited in 2018.  Andrew became a Director in 2021.

JACK LUCAS
Building Surveyor

Jack joined NBP in December 2019 to provide support for the senior Building Surveyors with their increased workload.  Jack has completed a Diploma of Building Surveying in 2013 and an Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying in 2014 both at Holmesglen College.

ANTHONY JOINER
Building Inspector

Anthony joined the NBP team in 2020 to undertake mandatory inspections.  He has completed both his Diploma and Degree in Building Surveying at Holmesglen College and prior to joining NBP was employed at Melbourne City Council for five years.  Anthony has over 10 years of hands on experience in both residential and commercial industries and is currently working towards gaining his Building Surveyors registration.

CHELSEA BYRNE
Pool Compliance Inspector

Chelsea joined NBP in April 2018 as part of the admin team.  In January 2022 Chelsea obtained her Pool Compliance Inspector registration.  As well as still helping the admin team Chelsea now carries out Pool Compliance Inspections for Pool Inspect Victoria which is operated by NBP team.

Administration

LINDA HYDE
Office Manager

Linda joined NBP in 2009 to provide administration support for the Building Surveyors.  Linda is responsible for the operational, organisation, managerial and daily running of Nepean Building Permits.  With the assistance of 2 administration staff she provides office support to the Directors, technical staff and clients.  Linda has been involved in the building industry for over 20 years and is highly experienced in business procedures and customer relations.
